The NETS Australia group, a collective of independent visual arts touring organisations, provides professional advice and advocacy concerning contemporary art, craft and design. State offices operate out of a variety of sites Ð some from within galleries or arts support organisations and others from independent offices. The NETS Australia network includes seven state organisations and a representative from the National Gallery of Australia touring exhibitions program:

- Art on the Move ÐWestern Australia
- Contemporary Art Services Tasmania (CAST) Touring
- Museums & Galleries NSW
- National Exhibition Touring Support (NETS) Victoria
- Museum and Gallery Services Queensland
- Country Arts SA - Visual Arts Touring Program
The organisations within the NETS network in each State and Territory are funded by the Federal Government through the Australia Council, its arts funding and advisory body and the State and Territory Governments.
A representative from the National Gallery of Australia touring exhibitions program is invited to biannual meetings of the network to act in an advisory capacity.
