National Exhibitions Touring Support (NETS) Victoria provides opportunities for all Victorians to access the best contemporary Australian art, craft and design.
NETS Victoria initiates partnerships with Victorian exhibiting organisations to develop outstanding touring exhibitions, supporting interpretive materials and public and education programs. NETS Victoria manages the tour of these exhibitions to regional and metropolitan public galleries in this state and interstate. We provide professional development opportunities and comprehensive advisory service for the Victorian cultural sector, an annual Exhibition Development Fund grants program and provide support and advocacy for contemporary artists.
National Exhibitions Touring Support (NETS) Victoria is supported by the Victorian Government through Arts Victoria and the Community Support Fund, by the Australian Government through the Australia Council, its arts funding and advisory body, and through the Visual Arts and Craft Strategy, an initiative of the Australian, State and Territory Governments. NETS Victoria receives generous in-kind support from the National Gallery of Victoria.
